Our goal at Lash Brow & Beauty is to provide the highest quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to reschedule/cancel your scheduled appointment, We require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees. [Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy] Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time you will not be charged a cancellation fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service costs. You are booking a slot that can not be filled same day and therefore will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the time requested. [No-Show Policy] A "no-show" is someone Is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. If a client accumulates 3 "no-shows" he/she will be restricted from further booking. [Late Arrivals for your scheduled appointment] If you arrive 10-15 minutes late, your appointment will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next clients scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being 15 minutes late or more, your appointment must be rescheduled and will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Tardiness greatly affects the results of quality service. [How to cancel/reschedule your appointment] 1. Phone You may cancel/reschedule your scheduled appointment via call or text to 919.435.2042 during normal business hours ONLY; Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Calls or text made outside of business hours will not be returned until the following business day. 2. Please refer to your cancellation/confirmation email. These emails contain an option to cancel/reschedule that will take you directly to our appointment calendar for cancellation or rescheduling of your existing appointment. Be advised; if it less than 24 hours before your appointment, canceling/ rescheduling options will not be available, so you will need to call the office at 919.425.2042 and this is subject to the cancellation/rescheduling policy. 3. Cancellations or rescheduling for Tuesday appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by leaving a text or voicemail no later than 5:00PM the previous Saturday. You may also cancel this appointment by referring to your cancellation/confirmation email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Lash Brow & Beauty is closed every Sunday and Monday. Calls and text messages will not be accepted outside of business hours. 4. Missed phone calls are not an acceptable form of appointment cancellation. Be sure to utilize the available options above.
